Q: Myself and/or my company would like to register for a table at the Queen City Comicon, how do I do this?
A: Easy! Visit the registration section of this website. Complete the form online. Once we’ve received your application and payment, we’ll assign the floor space on a first come, first served basis.

Q: What is a table purchase?

A table includes the following:
1 – 8′ Unskirted Table (table dimensions are 8ft long, 25 inches wide, 30 inches tall)
2 – Chairs
2 – Exhibitor Admission badges

Q: How do we get an extra table?
An extra table can be ordered through the decorator or you can bring your own.

Q: How do I order electric for my space and how much does it cost?
A: Electric can be ordered through the Duke Energy Convention Center website by clicking here. The registration process will ask for a booth number. However, you can proceed without one. Once the show floor is finalized and you are given a table number you must come back to the service order form and add that number.

A: We have several advertising packages available, and we’d love to talk to you about participating with the Queen City Comicon! All you need to do is contact Matt Bredestege to get started at matt@cincinnaticomicexpo.com!

Q: What is the Convention Center address?
A: Duke Energy Convention Center
525 Elm St
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202

Q: What are Load In and Set-up hours?
A: Access to the loading dock and show floor will begin at 6am on Saturday, 4/16/16. The loading dock will close at 9am. This will give everyone an hour to prepare for the show opening.Since this leaves a set window to unload and display, we ask the following.

Vendors with larger displays and trucks to unload should use the loading dock. We want to make sure everyone has ample opportunity to unload, that you unload items onto the dock, then park the vehicle and return to move the merchandise onto the floor. Artists and exhibitors with smaller displays or only a handful items should pull into the loading/taxi stand lane on Elm St between 5th St and 6th St. Volunteers will be on-hand at both locations to supervise the merchandise until the driver has parked the vehicle and returned. You are welcome to have a volunteer with you to watch the items for you.

Q: What are Load Out times?
A: Saturday (4/16) from 5pm to 8pm

Q: Where is the Load In Location?
A: Load in will take place on the 6th Street side of Convention Center between Elm St. and Central Ave. Look for the garage entrance on the left side that is halfway down the building.

Q: Are loading carts available for use?
A: Yes, we have rented flat bed push carts to help speed up the loading process and for your convenience.

Q: Where should we park?
A: The convention center (DECC) has multiple parking garages connected to it and parking is also available at the hotels in the immediate vicinity of DECC. Parking fees will vary but the garages tend to be cheaper.
*Please note that TALL BOX TRUCKS AND SEMI TRAILERS should park at the ground lot located at the intersection of Plum Street and 5th Street for overnight parking.

Q: What is the food and drink policy?
A: No outside food or Drink is permitted.
